1.  Enter your email address
2.  Select a password of your choice
3.  Select Register
4.  You will be redirected to a one-time registration page where you will need to enter your: Date of birth Zip Code

Your permanent ID cards  will arrive in the mail in 5-7 business days after you complete your application.
