Before Your Appointment
Please have the following available, if applicable:
- Current insurance card
- Prescription medication/dosage list
- Preferred pharmacy
- List of physicians or specialists
- Any questions you would like us to address
For in-person appointments
- Take the elevator to the third floor.
- Use the telephone located outside the entrance and dial the number listed on the door to reach our reception area.
- If your appointment is scheduled between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM, please have a seat in the reception area. A member of our team will greet you at your scheduled appointment time.

Who You May Work With
At Hunt Insurance Solutions, our team works together to make sure you're connected with the right person based on your needs. You don't need to determine who to schedule with before getting started-our scheduling system will help guide you.
Ivan Huffman, Business Development Coordinator
Ivan is a primary point of contact for individuals who are new to Hunt Insurance Solutions. He works with individuals exploring Medicare, including those who are new to Medicare, as well as individuals and families looking for health insurance coverage.
Ivan can help you understand your options, answer questions, guide you through the next steps, and coordinate follow-up as you move through the process.
For most new Medicare and Individual & Family Health Insurance inquiries, Ivan is the best place to start.
Melissa Hunt, President
Melissa works with clients who have more complex insurance situations, individuals who have been referred directly to her by a professional or trusted referral source, and clients who have specifically been asked to schedule with her.
She also remains involved when a situation requires additional experience, guidance, or collaboration with another member of the Hunt Insurance Solutions team.
